From the outside, my business looked successful. From the inside? Exhausting.
The Enneagram showed me the patterns I couldn't see, the ones driving my decisions, my stress, my stuck points. Once I understood myself first, everything else became clear.
Now I help business leaders do the same. Not through more strategy or tactics. Through the clarity that comes from understanding who you are first, then building from there.

The Beginning:
Barracuda Surf
Long before I became a coach, I built a retail business from scratch.
Barracuda Surf. I poured everything into it. From the outside, it looked like success. Thriving business. Busy days. All the signs of "making it."
But inside, I felt like an imposter. I kept asking myself: Is this really it?
There was something missing - something I couldn't name but couldn't shake either.
The Pivot:
Girls Talk Business
I started Girls Talk Business - a community for women growing their businesses. It became a place to show up, speak up, and find clarity in real-time.
Here's what I learned:
I was teaching everyone else to build their businesses while I was still figuring out mine.
I was creating content for thousands of people who stayed silent.
I was giving away everything for free because I thought that's what "good business owners" did.
I was building what looked successful instead of what felt true.
And eventually, it was time to pause, I mean really pause.
The Shift:
The Enneagram
The Enneagram found me during a time when I had no words for what I was feeling.
It gave me language for:

Once I saw the patterns, I couldn't unsee them.

What I Believe
Everything I do is grounded in a few truths I hold for every client: You’re not stuck because you lack strategy. You’re stuck because you’re building from the outside in. Your Enneagram type isn't a box; it's a map that helps you see your autopilot patterns and choose differently. Clarity comes from the pause - the one where you stop long enough to ask, “Is this even what I want?” You already know the answer. My job is to help you hear it clearly and build from there.
